Treveth is an immaculate semi-detached house on two levels, situated in a quiet close on the edge of St Agnes, just a five minute walk from a pub and 15 minutes walk from Trevaunance Cove. It is bright and comfortable with an open-plan living-dining room and kitchen area which has windows back and front; walk through to the back porch and step out into the neat garden; at this level theres a WC. Head up the stairs to two double bedrooms, one with TV/DVD and far-reaching rural views, and the family bathroom. In front is the parking space and at the back, a neat, enclosed garden with table and chairs for al fresco dining or morning coffee, and with a gate to a few steps up to an area left for wildflowers with a bench for enjoying long views over naturalised land, and the neighbouring ducks. A lovely, quiet retreat after a day walking or surfing. There are riding stables nearby and golf at Perranporth, and of course lively Newquay to visit.
