A few steps lead up to this period terraced town house on the West side of Whitby. A lift or stairs takes you to this sunny second floor apartment with views of the sea and the outer harbour. Completely refurbished to a very high standard with added extra's to make your stay as special as possible, it is the perfect base to explore Whitby and all it has to offer! A short walk takes you to the Promenade, sea, shops, restaurants and all other amenities.
Accommodation; communal entrance lobby. The key operated lift takes you straight into the apartment's hallway leading through to a stylish, comfortable lounge with dining area and modern, very well-equipped open plan kitchen (for the cooks among you!) From the large bay window you have a partial view of the sea. The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. This room also has part sea views. There is a second bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and a family bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet, washbain and heated towel rail. Both bedrooms are light and airy and have flat screen TV's with freeview and DVD.
Services: large American style fridge/freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, gas hob with electric grill and oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. Flat screen colour TV with freeview and DVD, radio/CD player with iPod docking station. Gas central heating. Electric coal-effect fire in the lounge. Bed linen and towels are provided.A travel cot is available. Non-smokers only! Sorry, no pets. Permit for car park at the back of the property or on street parking in the area.
