This beautiful apartment is situated on the second floor in a small exclusive block of apartments. It has great views of the sea and Scarborough Castle. The property is surrounded by gardens from which a foot path leads down to a sandy beach. The North Cliff golf course is a few minutes away.

Entrance with door answer phone system. On the second floor there is a communal door to a small passageway. The apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard. Entrance hall, lounge/dining room with large bay window offering panoramic sea views. Compact kitchen. There is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.

Fridge/freezer, electric cooker with oven, microwave, automatic washing machine. large flat screen LCD TV with freeview and DVD, radio/CD player. Heating by way of night storage heaters, heated towel rail in the bathroom, independant heaters in both bedrooms and a electric effect woodburning stove in the lounge. Kick board fan heater in the kitchen Bed linen is provided. Car parking for two cars, one in garage and one in front of garage. Strictly non-smoking! Sorry, no pets.
