Twelve steps lead up from the electronic gate to the entrance. Light and airy lobby gives access to the entrance and hallway of the apartment. Large and bright lounge with dining facilities and modern, well-equipped open plan kitchen. Bedroom with a king-size bed and built in wardrobe. French windows lead to a private patio with table and chairs. The second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a bathroom with bath, power shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. Laminate flooring throughout and ample storage.

Larder fridge/freezer, ceramic hob with electric oven/grill, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, waste disposal. Colour TV with freesat and DVD in living room, radio/CD player. Flatscreen TV in main bedroom. Modern electric heaters. Bed linen, towels and hairdryers are provided. Non-smokers only. Sorry no pets. Private parking for 1 car.
Please note because of the proximity to Driftwood ref W739, a party of up to eight people could use them for a gathering of family and friends.
