ACCOMMODATION:- Eleven steps lead up from the electronic gate to the entrance. Light and airy lobby gives access to the entrance and hallway of the apartment. Bright lounge with dining facilities and modern, well-equipped open plan kitchen. Bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. French windows lead to a small private patio with table and chairs. The second bedroom has twin beds and wardrobe. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. laminate flooring and ample storage.
SERVICES:-fridge/freezer, ceramic hob with electric oven/grill, microwave, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher. Colour TV with DVD, radio/CD player. modern electric heaters. Bed linen is provided. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. Private parking for 1 car.
Please note: Because of the proximity of two other ground floor apartments in the same block, a party of up to twelve people could use them for a gathering of family and friends.
