There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table, flat screen TV with built-in DVD and a second bedroom with a double bed which can be split into twin beds, ample storage and an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. Also a family bathroom with bath, power shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. As all the accommodation is on ground floor level, this property might be suitable for people with mobility problems. As this apartment has a back door to the communal yard, it will accept one well-behaved dog. (£10 payable directly to the owner on arrival for the dog - £25 for 2012 bookings!)
