The living room is bright and airy, with plenty of space for relaxation and socializing. The separate dining room is equally inviting, with a large table that can comfortably seat four guests.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home, including a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a snug queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom features two comfortable single beds. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and designed for your comfort. The sofa bed in the living room can also sleep two guests.

There are also two well-appointed bathrooms, and both have all the essential amenities for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The home will be professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home! We're delighted to have you as our guest at our beautiful home in Blackheath! However, please note that the key pickup location is a 22-minute walk from the property. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We'll do our best to make your check-in experience seamless. Before your arrival, we'll send you detailed instructions to ensure a hassle-free check-in. ## Notes

Please note that there are blinds ordered to be fitted in the bedroom so there are temporarily none in use.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

This apartment is located in Lewisham, a neighborhood in London. O2 Arena and The British Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's popular attractions include London Eye and Natural History Museum. Cutty Sark and Sky Garden are also worth visiting. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like cycling and hiking.
