Additional beds & linens:
When reserving this apartment for two (2) people the booking fees include the linens & towels (2 per person = 4 towels) for the double bed in the bedroom.


If you require two (2) separate beds for the 2 people staying in the apartment (bedroom double bed + sofa bed) then there will be an additional fee to pay for the 2nd bed linens.


If you are three (3) people we provide 2 beds, (bedroom double bed, living double sofa bed). Please ask for details before booking. I’ll be delighted to clarify.


Our Apartment:
The apartment provides many essential items to ensure you have a hassle free start to your stay. Do remember this is a self-catering apartment. Items provided on arrival may require replenishment during your stay. If they do the run out you will only need to replace them. If you need them during your stay. We will replace them after your stay.

The dimensions are, inside - 550sq feet (50sq mtrs) & back garden - 120sq feet (11sq mtrs).


The apartment is maintained by our Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinaire, who prepares it immediately after the guests check out and it’s therefore available 24/7.


I use a safe key system for storing the apartment keys, which means you have no hassle access regardless of your time of arrival. The key safe area is monitored by CCTV for your safety & security.


We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which you must address immediately. I provide full mobile, email and contact details once you’ve booked the apartment.

Guest Access:
The apartment located in Bramber Road, is on the lower ground floor and was fully refurbished in 2015. Access is through a private front door from the Street, which leads you directly into the apartment. We have a night light for those arriving after dark.


There are six low steps from street level to the apartment front door. So those arriving with prams, wheel chairs or heavy luggage will have relatively straightforward and lends to easy access into the apartment.


Once inside access to all room is on same level, apart from the bedroom to the kitchen, which has one step down. There are six steps from the patio area outside the kitchen up into the garden.


Access to the apartment is obtained through a set of keys, which are stored in a key safe close to the front door and easily accessible for guests. The key safe and front door are monitored by CCTV for your security.


Details for these are provided once the booking is confirmed and well in advance of your visit.

Guests Interaction:
My approach is providing you, the guest, with the freedom you require to fully enjoy your stay. In advance of your arrival I will provide you with a ‘welcome pack’ that sets our contact details, how to get to the apartment when you arrive in London and what you need to know about the apartment when you arrive.


On arrival either Maddy or I can meet you at the apartment, if requested. If you’d rather the privacy & intimacy to enter the apartment on your own we’ll respect your request. After you’d checked in please do contact us via text or what’s app message to confirm all is well or ask any initial questions.


The morning after arrival:
The morning after you arrive, I will email you to check all is well, all is set up as you requested and ask if you have any questions for me.


Attending the apartment:
During your stay Maddy or I may need to attend the apartment (change light bulb, fix toilet, check a fixture or fitting, et al). This rarely happens. We will provide you with 24hrs notice, only enter when you are there and do so between the hours 09h30 – 20h30. Unless you request a time outside of this.


Emergencies:
In the case of emergencies, we or the emergencies services will enter the apartment immediately with a little disturbance as possible. We will make every effort possible to contact you first


Medium & long stay booking – mid stay service:
For guests booking for 10 nights are more we will provide a mid-stay clean during stay, after night seven (7). The mid-stay clean will take place during the day (10h00–18h00). This is a pre-requisite for stays of 10 nights or more. This is a complimentary service, which we provide for you.


Contacting me:
During your stay do contact us at any time if you have any questions. On the morning of check out please let yourselves out and leave the keys in the safe. Our Housekeeper will arrive on or around 11h00 to undertake our check-out requirements. We’ll contact if we have any concerns or find any personnel items belonging to you. Please have a safe onward journey.


Très important:
Please remember parties or gathering are not permitted. Our security team will enter the apartment, if needs be, to stop them.


Other Things to Note:
The apartment is available for short, medium or long-term letting and ideally suits business people, visitors, small groups or families with young babies or children on holiday. You can book for short, medium and long term rental periods. I really don’t mind.

The front exterior of the apartment is monitored by CCTV for your comfort and security.

This apartment is located in Hammersmith and Fulham, a neighborhood in London, and is near theme parks. Oxford Street and Westfield London Shopping Centre are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Natural History Museum and London Eye. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at Wembley Stadium or ExCeL Exhibition Centre. Discover the area's water adventures with swimming nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling, hiking/biking trails, and horse riding.
