Sleeping fourteen in six bedrooms with sofa bed three king-size, two super-king-size one with en suite shower-room, and two twin. Step inside a huge farmhouse kitchen with dining table and chairs one end with wood-burning stove and flagstone floor, through to an equally large living room with inglenook and wood-burning stove. At this level there is a big utility room and toilet. Upstairs, family bathroom and shower-room. Immediately in front, there is a small, enclosed walled garden. An open-ended barn contains table tennis and badminton and the rest provide sanctuary for swallows. This is a great central spot from which to explore the county, but once here you might not want to leave! This is a terrific family house offering freedom for children.
