This stone and pantile farm building and barn have been converted into four cottages. 'Over Across' is one of these. They are situated in the grounds of Gowland Farm in the valley of Harwood Dale, only four miles from the seaside town of Scarborough. The cottages have every modern comfort, leaving old features such as oak beams and deep-set cottage windows and are surrounded by a large garden you are welcome to relax in and enjoy the stunning panoramic views of Harwood Dale.
Accommodation:
Entrance. Two steps lead down into the kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a newly fitted bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. There is a bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. From the entrance, one step leads into a spacious lounge with dining facilities and electric 'wood burner'-effect stove. Patio doors open up onto a sunny patio. On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Also a children's bedroom with a single bed (limited headroom) and a cabin bed (5'6"") long.
