Plas Arfon is a superb detached house situated just minutes by car from the UNESCO World heritage site of Conwy. This immaculate house enjoys incredible views out to the Irish Sea, Puffin Island and Anglesey and is situated right next door to award winning bar and restaurant The Gladstone. Here you can enjoy great food, a friendly atmosphere and at the end of the night just walk home! Perfect. The house is ideal for family and decorated to a luxury standard throughout. This house has its own private garden and has plenty of walks and cycle routes directly from the front door and the beach is just 15 minutes’ walk away too. Guests lucky enough to stay at Plas Arfon will enjoy the private, claming environment of being in this great house but also will have the option of letting their hair down too should they decide to go out for a drink or a meal next door.
Dwygylyfchi is a small village on the North Wales coastline. Getting around from here is easy and if you are looking for a base to explore the wonderful North Wales area look no further. Conwy is minutes away, Anglesey is close too and exploring the Snowdonia Mountains is easy from here too. We recommend visiting Llandudno just 15 minutes by car, ‘The Jewel of the North Wales Coast’. There is plenty to do in the area too, there is sailing close by, Bodnant Gardens and Welsh food is highly recommended and so too is The Welsh Mountain Zoo. So much is available for guests looking to pack their holiday with things to do. Penmaenmawr Golf Club is 10 mins walk from the house.
Bedrooms:Ground floor, 1 x super king size double bed with its own new en-suite with large shower, wash basin & WC and sunset & sea views. Wall mounted LCD digital flat screen T/V. A fold up bed can be supplied for an extra child for this room. On the 1st floor there is a twin bedroom with full size single beds and with side views to the mountains and sea and a large double bedroom with sitting area and balcony, also with glorious sea views.
Bathrooms:1 ensuite suite shower room with wash basin, and WC. 1 ground floor cloak room with WC and basin. 1 shared upstairs bathroom with bath, shower attachment, WC and basin.
Kitchen:Newly fitted, very well equipped kitchen with hardwood worktops, Bosch appliance's, oven and induction hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher etc.
Sitting Room: There is an open plan sitting room with new log burner fireplace and two new comfy settees and two leather easy chairs, with plenty of room to relax overlooking the rear garden and mountains. 46" flat screen HD T/V with 'Free View' and DVD player
Dining: The lounge opens up to the separate dining area with a large solid oak table & high back chairs, large oak sideboard console with wine rack . A breakfast bar with 2 high seats and 2 wine fridges, together with the most beautiful sunset, sea and mountain views. There is a CD & radio with an I Pod docking station.
Garden: There is private garden and patio to the front, side and the rear all enclosed. There is a table and chairs and a BBQ too.
Heating: Gas central heating and a log burner in the sitting room.
Parking: Plenty of parking close to the house as the property shares its parking with the bar/restaurant next door. There are 2 parking spaces reserved for guests.
