Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this is a splendid location for exploring the beautiful north Devon and Cornwall coastline from glorious sheltered coves to the quaint fishing village of Clovelly with its traffic free cobbled street and whitewashed cottages, a truly unique experience. Also close by are the villages of Hartland with a great farmers market and annual carnival and Woolsery with great fish and chip shop and village pub. If you fancy a trip to the seaside, there are several great sandy beaches perfect for body boarding or surfing. The seaside town of Bude is close by and includes shops, pubs, restaurants, Splash Leisure Pool, golf course and canal other local attractions include The Milky Way, Hartland Abbey, Hartland Point and Lighthouse and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. This first floor accommodation has been tastefully converted from the original 19th century barns. As you enter the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner you will notice the high vaulted ceilings and feeling of space, there is a stable door with views out towards the sea and Lundy island. The kitchen offers an electric range style oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The lounge area with vaulted high ceilings offers TV and wood burner effect electric fire. After a long day, head to the bedrooms which are all on the same level, there is one king size bed with double sofa bed suitable for children and en suite shower room with shower and WC and one twin with TV/DVD player. You will also find the spacious bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Head outside to your own enclosed garden with picnic bench and BBQ. There is off road allocated parking for two cars.
