This delightful Llangynog farm-house is an ideal base from which to explore all of Mid and North Wales, including Lakes Bala and Vyrnwy, the towns of Oswestry, Welshpool, Shrewsbury, Llangollen and the historic city of Chester. Take a walk over the mountain to visit the stunning Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall, the tallest in Wales.It's only a 3 mile walk as the crow flies, or 10 miles by road. Or, hop into the car and you can be on the beach at Barmouth or Harlech in an hour. Plus it's only a one and a quarter hour drive to Pen-y-Pass car park at the base of Snowdon.
