Set over three floors, the main house offers five comfortable bedrooms, to the right of the galleried staircase, you will find a large family bedroom, consisting of a king-size bed and a single. Up further stairs you will discover the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite, including a shower, basin and WC. To the left of the staircase is an additional family bedroom with double bed and single, a family bathroom, consisting of a stand-alone bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. From here, you follow the carpeted stairs up to a double bedroom and a twin. The barn boasts a truly impressive spacious interior, complete with large vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and galleried staircase. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table, perfect for enjoying a social evening with the whole group, which leads through into the adjacent sitting room with comfy seating perfect to curl up in front of the TV or sit and enjoy the countryside views through the patio doors which fill the room with light. For an escape from the excitement, the self-contained annex offers additional living quarters, perfect for a small family or a couple, with the rustic character of the main house maintained throughout. Make use of the fully-equipped kitchen tucked away in the corner of the open-plan living space to whip up a romantic meal for two, and gather together at the dining table to indulge in your culinary delights. Snuggle up with your significant other in front of the television to catch up on your favourite show, or recount the day's adventures with a crisp glass of wine before making use of the contemporary shower room to prepare for bed. When sleep calls, choose between either of the two sumptuous king-size bedrooms, with one positioned on the ground floor for your convenience and the other idyllically nestled under the intimate setting of exposed wooden beams. Outside, you can sit on the patio and enjoy the luxury of the hot tub and just take in the views of the surrounding valley whilst the little ones keep themselves entertained and try their hand at table football in the unique games room. The barn is a short drive from the popular market town of Knighton, set on Offa’s Dyke Path, hugely popular with walkers and cyclists with great places to eat and enjoy the local area. You are ideally placed to explore the beautiful countryside of the Welsh Marches with Offas Dyke leading up towards the Shropshire Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there is nearby Radnor Forest, a large stretch of Moorland and a myriad of small historic towns and villages perfect to spend a day exploring. The area offers some great days out, in addition to the fantastic walking the area is perfect for cyclists as well as less traditional pastimes available such as clay shooting and a local rally driving school or perhaps a more sedate round of golf at one of the nearby courses. Kington also offers the Small Breeds Farm Park and Owl Centre, as well as the Hergest Croft Gardens and tearooms perfect for a relaxing family day out. Slightly further afield, within a half an hour drive you will find the pretty historic town of Ludlow renowned for its gastronomy, take a trip to the impressive Victorian Dams of the Elan Valley in the picturesque Cambrian Mountains or take a trip to Builth Wells, home of the Royal Welsh Showground.
