‘Rook View; on the boarders of Walton-on-Naze and Frinton-on-Sea. It is eight minutes walk to the Seafront via the lane through Peddlers Wood and five minutes walk to Triangle Shopping Centre, via roads and paved path.
The miles of golden sand are child safe (on an incoming tide) stretch from the Naze, through Walton and Frinton to Clacton and St.Osyth. There are pleasure piers at Walton and Clacton.
The comfortable lounge has seating for seven adults on a leather suite and small settee. The large dining table seats six. For entertainment there is a TV with freeview, CD and DVD. The lounge overlooks the fully enclosed and child friendly, sunny garden there is garden furniture for six. Parking for two cars, security light. Rook View is set in a quiet cul-de-sac so named because of the rooks that roost in Peddlars Wood. At dusk the rooks supply a spledid specter returning over the roof tops to roost.
Each double bedroom has a dressing table, table lamps, side tables wardrobes and hairdryers, one bedroom has a 5 foot memory foam mattress, the other a 4 foot 6 inch bed and additional, lockable oak cabinet. The single room has twin 2 foot 6 inch beds primarily intended for children and young adults, with bedside cabinets and dimable table lamp.
The shower room has a large shower cubicle with fold down seat and a wash basin, separate WC next door.
In the kitchen there is a large family sized cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
From the hallway there is a downstairs cloakroom
Located in Walton on the Naze, this vacation home is in a rural area and near the beach.
