This is part of a small complex of three other properties, tucked away for your privacy. With a wrap around terrace, you can spend many evenings gazing at the stars. It s just 5 miles from the Victorian fishing town of Ilfracombe. Stroll around the harbour and discover a plethora of shops, cafes and restaurants. And only 6 miles away is the award winning seaside village of Woolacombe, with its iconic beach huts and 3 miles of golden sands, and has been voted one of the best places to surf in the world. Exmoor National Park is just 8 miles away with its magical woodland walks and stunning moorland. On the approach to your holiday let you will pass beautiful gardens and barns. There is allocated parking outside the holiday let where you can leave your car. Step inside the door and enter the kitchen/dining area, continuing through into the lounge area. This is a great place to relax after a day of adventure on the comfy sofas, with a Smart TV to watch a movie or two. The compact kitchen has everything you need to cook up a great breakfast or a favourite recipe, including an electric cooker with a gas hob, fridge/freezer and a microwave. There is a dining table here that overlooks the landscaped garden. Walking through to the bedrooms, the first bedroom has a double bed and an en suite shower room with WC, and the second bedroom has small twin beds, only suitable for young children. To complete this caravan, there is a bath with a handheld shower attachment and a WC. Step outside on your terrace and here you can enjoy relaxing on the patio furniture, or you can dine alfresco with a charcoal BBQ provided on those warmer evenings. There is parking for two cars.
