A further three bedrooms are located upstairs on the first floor, each being tastefully decorated and of ample size. The master king size bedroom, with a view of Bennachie in the distance, has an en suite shower room with WC. The fifth bedroom is located in The Garden Room which is a separate building adjacent to the main house, just a few steps across the garden, The Garden Room has a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request), with an en suite shower and WC. There is lots of outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. The house is surrounded by a large garden, laid mostly to lawn and with garden furniture. Summertime meals can be enjoyed on the paved terrace, there is an outdoor cast iron cooking pit with a swing out grill and a charcoal BBQ. The swing set is sure to delight younger children and the games room, located in a large Nissen hut at the back of the house, is guaranteed to keep all ages occupied for hours with table tennis and table football. There are many wonderful walks to be enjoyed directly from the house around cropped fields, along the Milton Burn, around the estate loch, and through woodland. Ample private parking is available.
