Ideally positioned for touring the whole of North Devon and Cornwall, the South West Coast Path famous for its spectacular walking environment and wide choice of excellent beaches and coves to explore and enjoy. For the more active there are excellent surfing beaches at Bude, Westward Ho! and Braunton. The fishing village of Clovelly, with its steep, stepped, cobbled streets and quaint harbour, is close by as are the villages of Hartland and Woolsery with shops and village pubs. Local attractions include The Milky Way, Hartland Abbey, Hartland Point and Lighthouse and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Alternatively, why not sit in the garden and relax whilst overlooking the surrounding countryside. A ground floor apartment with open plan kitchen/dining and living area with TV with freeview DVD player, within the kitchen oven and hob and extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate utility cupboard with washing machine. Offering two bedrooms a king size bedroom and a twin bedroom. Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC. Outside of the converted barn is a decked area with seating.
