Access to the property is via an unmade road, leading to a gated path that welcomes guests into the home, built with traditional Purbeck Stone. While the property is adjacent to the owner's residence, privacy is assured. Inside, a warm hallway leads to a snug with a TV, a utility area equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a convenient shower room with a WC. The well-appointed kitchen/breakfast room features an electric range cooker, an American-style fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher, with delightful sea views enhancing the cooking experience. An inviting dining room with a wood burner offers a cozy atmosphere for family meals, while the lounge provides a homely space to relax with a wood burner and TV/DVD.
On the first floor, guests will find a bright twin room with beautiful views and a stylish bathroom featuring a contemporary bath and separate shower. An inviting double bedroom offers serene countryside and coastal views. A narrow staircase leads to the second floor, where two charming bedrooms are nestled in the eaves: a nautical-themed twin and a calming king-size room with an en-suite shower and WC. The property retains its character with changes in level and areas of restricted head height. Outside, a large lawn with mature shrubs and garden furniture allows guests to unwind and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The garden is enclosed by a low stone wall, ensuring safety for children and pets, while off-road parking is available for one car, with additional spaces upon request, located approximately 100 meters from the property.
