Inside, guests are welcomed by a spacious sitting room characterized by high ceilings, tall dual-aspect windows, and a cozy open fire, perfect for relaxation. The modern kitchen is well-equipped to cater for all needs, featuring a dining table that seats up to 10, ideal for communal meals and celebrations. Additional conveniences on the ground floor include a utility room and a cloakroom with a comfortable armchair, enhancing the overall functionality of the space.

The property boasts four inviting bedrooms spread across the first and second floors. The first floor features a luxurious super-king size bedroom and a king-size bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with twin singles, each equipped with an additional day bed to accommodate extra guests. A shared bathroom is also available on this level, ensuring ample facilities for all visitors.

Located near the county town of Dorchester and close to attractions like Ringstead Bay, Weymouth Beach, and Lulworth Cove, The Courtyard House is perfectly positioned for exploring the beautiful South West of England. Guests can also bring one well-behaved dog upon request for a small additional charge.
