The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a washing machine, allowing for convenient home-cooked meals. The enclosed garden provides a lovely outdoor space for enjoying sunny days, complete with patio furniture and a firepit for evening gatherings under the stars.
Upstairs, the cottage features two comfortable bedrooms—a king-size bed and a double bed—both tastefully furnished with oak furniture and accompanied by a gleaming bathroom. The location offers easy access to local amenities, with The Gun at Ridsdale, a quaint 19th-century pub serving light fare and ales, just over a mile away. West Woodburn itself has a village pub and post office, while the nearby historic village of Otterburn is renowned for its breathtaking views over the North Tyne Valley, making it a popular destination for walkers and cyclists.
