The ground floor is designed for socializing, featuring a large open-plan living area that includes a sitting space with comfortable seating for 12, an open fire, and entertainment options like a large LED TV with a full SKY package. The dining area can accommodate up to 18 guests at a grand table, perfect for hosting dinner parties, whether self-catered or catered by local services. The fully equipped kitchen provides ample facilities, including multiple ovens, a large fridge/freezer with an ice machine, and dishwashers. Additional amenities include a utility room for storage and a garden room with a table for eight and a sofa bed for extra guests.
On the first floor, the property features four well-appointed bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms. Notably, bedrooms one and two offer flexible zip-and-link beds, accommodating either two singles or a king-size bed. A communal seating area between bedrooms two and three provides additional space for relaxation. The second floor hosts bedroom seven, also equipped with zip-and-link beds and an en-suite bathroom. An annex includes bedrooms five and six, with a shared shower room, allowing for privacy while maintaining proximity to the main house.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large garden with a covered patio area, seating for 18, and two gas barbecues, making it a great spot for outdoor gatherings. The property offers off-street parking and can accommodate up to three dogs, with options for additional pets upon request. A welcome basket of logs is provided, and essential items like a high chair and travel cot can be arranged. While internet access is available for recreational use, it is not guaranteed for business purposes.
