Originally used for local events, the barn has been transformed into a modern home away from home, complete with all the amenities one could expect for a comfortable stay in the countryside.

The barn features an abundance of natural light, courtesy of its floor-to-ceiling windows at the rear, which enhance the welcoming atmosphere of the property. It boasts seven well-appointed bedrooms, four of which are situated around a charming gallery. The large dining table comfortably seats 18, allowing for memorable dinner parties, whether guests choose to self-cater using the fully equipped kitchen or hire from a selection of recommended outside caterers.

Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious garden that includes a covered patio area, perfect for al fresco dining, along with two gas barbecues for outdoor cooking. The property is primarily suited for 14 guests, with the option to accommodate an additional four on sofa beds, available for an extra charge. For larger gatherings of up to 26 guests, Watery Park Barn can be booked in conjunction with the nearby Hiron's Piece, providing ample space for larger parties.

Additional amenities include a welcome basket of logs, and upon request, guests can access a high chair, travel cot, and stair gate for families traveling with young children. The property is pet-friendly, allowing up to three dogs, with the possibility of accommodating more for an additional fee.
