The farmhouse itself is a delightful retreat, located on a working farm and exuding character and charm. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a bright and airy hallway that leads to two inviting lounges, each featuring a cozy wood burner set in an inglenook fireplace and a Smart TV. A stable door connects the second lounge to an enclosed garden, allowing for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience during the warmer months. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area is designed for entertaining, complete with an electric AGA, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and a large dining table that comfortably seats all guests. Additional amenities include a utility room and a boot room, enhancing the convenience of the property.
On the upper level, guests will find four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a master suite with a super king-size bed, vaulted ceiling, and stunning views. The master suite is complemented by a Jack and Jill en suite bathroom, accessible from the landing. A second spacious bedroom features a double bed and bunk beds, while two additional king-size bedrooms offer views of the garden and countryside. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath is also available. It’s important to note that a second staircase with steep cottage-style stairs is present, equipped with a stairgate for safety.
Outside, the property boasts a lovely patio area with seating for all, alongside a charcoal BBQ perfect for al fresco dining. The expansive enclosed lawn features swings, a playhouse, and football nets, providing ample space for family fun and games. Additionally, a games barn houses a skate ramp, ping pong table, basketball net, and various garden games, ensuring entertainment for children and adults alike.
