Just 2.5 miles from the stunning Slapton Sands beach, the property features four acres of grounds, including woodland areas ideal for leisurely walks and outdoor play for children. The south-facing patio and private heated swimming pool provide additional opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment, making it an ideal destination for family or group holidays throughout the year.
The farmhouse boasts a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities, including an oil-fired Rayburn cooking range, large fridge/freezer, and a breakfast bar. The open layout leads to a dining room with a feature fireplace and a living room furnished with a flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove, and a cozy play area. Upstairs, the accommodation includes five bedrooms, each offering lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The bathrooms are conveniently located, with one attached to the master bedroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
Outside, the property is surrounded by picturesque grounds that include stunning woodlands, a stream, and a large paddock. Guests can enjoy the enclosed garden, which features a front patio with seating and a rear outdoor heated swimming pool complete with a terrace, quality garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The farmhouse is pet-friendly, allowing dogs for an additional fee, though they must be kept away from the pool for safety reasons.
