Nestled along a private lane just 250 yards from the charming village, it serves as a perfect base for exploring the beautiful North Devon region. The property is conveniently situated near the South West Coast Path, which offers breathtaking views and some of the best walking trails in the country. Nearby sandy beaches, such as Woolacombe, Croyde, and Saunton, are easily accessible and renowned for their excellent surfing opportunities. Additionally, outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy The Tarka Trail for off-road walking and cycling, while the natural beauty of Exmoor National Park and the historic charm of Barnstaple are just a short drive away.
Upon entering the property, guests are welcomed into a spacious entrance hall complete with storage for shoes and coats, leading to a separate WC. The expansive lounge area features a cozy wood burner and a Smart TV/DVD, providing a comfortable setting to relax and take in the stunning sea views through a large bay window. A twin zip and link room, which can be converted into a super king size bed upon request, features an en suite shower room as well. A further flight of stairs leads to the second floor, where the fifth bedroom is located, showcasing a charming double bedroom with beams, sloping ceilings, and Velux windows.
