The vibrant sight of Robins, Blue Tits, and Blackbirds frequenting the bird feeders adds to the tranquil ambiance. Just under two miles away lies Llansteffan Beach, ideal for leisurely walks and playtime, although swimming is not recommended due to strong currents. The site also features a children's play area and breathtaking views of the Towy Valley and surrounding countryside.

The chalet is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable stay, comprising a lounge, kitchen-diner, and a bathroom equipped with a combined bath and shower. Accommodations include two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other featuring a cabin bed at waist height. While there is no television, guests can enjoy music through a hi-fi system and a selection of CDs, or bring their own pre-loaded laptops for entertainment. To manage electricity costs, a £1 coin meter is in place, and guests are encouraged to bring their own selection of coins. Duvets and pillows are provided, with an option for bed linen and towels available for an additional fee of £35, as towels are not included. A laundry facility is also accessible on the chalet site.

Conveniently located just four miles from Carmarthen Town along the Towy Estuary, the chalet serves as an excellent base for exploring a wealth of attractions in West Wales.
