The bedrooms include three doubles, one with en-sutie shower and a bunk, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars and a three-storey garden with furniture, barbecue, sun loungers and a hot tub with changing area. This property will accept pets and please note, there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, travel cot, highchair, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.8 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Escape to Ty'n-Y-Ffynnon for a magical break to Wales. Note: Children to be supervised within the garden. Note: There is no vehicle access, parking can be found in the town at the bottom and then private access via a quadbike is provided; the walk from the car park is around 5-6 minutes.

Town: Barmouth, one of the most beautiful resort towns on the Welsh coast, is encircled by the unmatched beauty of the Snowdonia National Park. This historic seaside community has a huge, family-friendly Blue Flag beach with fine sand. Even in the off-season, this location is great for a vacation because to the abundance of stores, bars, and restaurants there as well as the temperate climate. Mount Cader Idris lies close and is a haven for cyclists, climbers, and walkers. A few of the many wonderful attractions nearby this delightful location are the Mawddach Estuary's rich biodiversity, trout fishing in mountain lakes, Harlech Castle, St David's Golf Course, and Portmeirion Italianate Village.

Located in Barmouth, this cottage is near the beach. Ty Crwyn and Barmouth Bridge are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Dinas Oleu and Royal St. David's Golf Club. Hufenfa'r Castell and Go Ape at Coed y Brenin are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking, cycling, and rock climbing nearby.
