The well-equipped kitchen is anchored by a large island, making it the perfect gathering spot for socializing and cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area featuring a bespoke wooden table that comfortably seats eight people. At the far end of the open space, a cozy seating area is arranged around a log burner and a Smart TV, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Strategically placed armchairs offer a comfortable spot to relax while taking in the mesmerizing views of the waves crashing against the shore. The entrance hall is spacious and includes a separate WC and a fully equipped utility room for added convenience.

Accessed via a bespoke staircase, the upper level features a spacious landing illuminated by a glass atrium. The main bedroom boasts a super king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, with double doors that open onto a private balcony showcasing views of the iconic Gull Rock and the stunning Portreath sunsets. A second bedroom, equally spacious and featuring a king-size bed, also includes an en-suite and a private balcony with views of the sea and harbour. Two additional bedrooms, one king and one twin, offer beautiful views and share a spacious family bathroom equipped with an elegant bath and walk-in shower.
