The farmhouse is situated at the end of a tranquil no-through lane, providing a serene and secluded environment. The expansive garden spans nearly two acres, gently sloping down to the River Frome, where a shallow shelf is available for swimming, enhancing the property's appeal as a rural retreat.

The exterior of Manor Farmhouse includes a gravelled parking area, with additional parking available below, as well as a games room located in a separate outbuilding.
