The kitchen area is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a cordless kettle, toaster, halogen hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The dining area provides a table that seats eight, perfect for family meals or gatherings. Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed rear garden, although children should be supervised. The property also offers driveway parking for two cars.
