The living room serves as a cozy retreat, furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a large Smart TV, complemented by a wood burner for those chilly winter nights. The kitchen features a galley style layout equipped with modern appliances, including an electric oven, induction hob, and washing machine, alongside a dining table surrounded by benches and chairs, perfect for family meals or gatherings.

The first floor houses a split-level landing leading to a well-appointed bathroom and two bedrooms: a main bedroom with a bay window offering glimpses of the sea and a twin bedroom overlooking the garden. Outside, the property boasts a good-sized courtyard-style garden, fully paved and enclosed, equipped with a rattan outdoor dining set for al fresco meals. The location provides easy access to local attractions, including two piers, Victorian seafront gardens, and the Royal Plain Fountains.
