The ground floor includes a large twin bedroom and a newly added bathroom, ensuring convenience for all guests.

The property boasts several appealing features, including a sitting room with a wood-burning fire and multiple outdoor spots for al fresco dining or relaxation, all while enjoying the breathtaking coastal scenery. Guests can also take advantage of easy access to the nearby village of Porlock, which offers a variety of restaurants, pubs, and shops. The large private garden, while beautiful, does have steep areas that may be unsuitable for young children. Additionally, the property welcomes dogs (up to two) for a supplementary fee, with specific guidelines to ensure the comfort of all visitors.
