The house is designed to be accessible for disabled guests, featuring level access, wide doorways, a downstairs bedroom, and a wet room equipped with adaptable disability aids. Outside, guests can enjoy a large garden complete with a seven-seat hot tub and ample garden furniture, creating a perfect environment for relaxation and leisure.

The accommodation is spread over two levels, with the downstairs comprising a large lounge that boasts patio doors leading to a terrace overlooking Largo Bay. This inviting space includes a 50” television, DVD player, Xbox Kinetic, and a surround sound system, along with comfortable leather furniture and a selection of books and games. The extensive modern kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with contemporary appliances such as a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, and wine cooler. Additionally, there is a twin bedroom that doubles as a sitting room, along with a wet room featuring essential amenities.

Upstairs, guests will find a spacious landing that provides access to three well-appointed bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, while the two additional twin bedrooms are furnished with quality beds, wardrobes, and chests of drawers. Bed linen, towels, and robes are provided for convenience. The shared bathroom includes a bath, shower, basin, and WC, ensuring comfort for all guests. The location of Barnyards offers stunning views of Largo Bay and the surrounding countryside, with the majestic Largo Law providing a picturesque backdrop.

Situated just outside the village of Upper Largo, Barnyards serves as a gateway to the scenic East Neuk of Fife, renowned for its rugged coastline, sandy beaches, and charming fishing villages. The area is rich in outdoor activities, including hiking, golfing, and exploring historical sites such as the town of St Andrews.
