The cottage features a spacious ground floor that includes an elegant entrance hall leading to a newly added extension. This extension houses a large kitchen and dining area with a log burner, as well as a comfortable seating area that opens up to the patio and garden through expansive sliding doors. Additionally, there is a separate sitting room equipped with a smart television and another cozy log burner, perfect for relaxation during colder months. The well-appointed kitchen includes modern appliances such as a double range-master oven, a Nespresso machine, and a large American fridge freezer, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
On the first floor, Brantwood offers two luxurious double bedrooms with king-size beds, complemented by two smaller bedrooms, one featuring full-size adult bunk beds and the other with children's bunk beds. The newly refurbished family bathroom includes both a bath and an overhead shower, catering to the needs of families. The property is equipped with essentials such as bed linen and towels, while guests are advised to bring their own beach towels.
