It features a fully fitted kitchen complete with a full-size oven and hob, built-in fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer machine. The dining area comfortably seats four guests, while the lounge area is designed for relaxation, featuring free-standing furniture, a TV with Freeview, an electric fire, and a double sofa bed. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, and another two single beds in the third bedroom, catering to families or groups traveling together.
Guests can enjoy a family shower room equipped with a toilet and wash basin, as well as an additional separate toilet for convenience. Although linen and towels are not included in the rental, the property is pet-friendly, allowing up to two dogs for an additional fee. Central heating throughout the caravan ensures a cozy atmosphere, complemented by the electric fire in the lounge. However, guests should note that WiFi is not available, and entertainment and facilities passes for the park are not included in the rental price.
Policies regarding bookings are in place to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. Contractors and sign-written vehicles are not permitted, and restrictions apply for groups of all-male or all-female parties of three or more unless they are immediate family or couples. The lead booker must be at least 21 years old, and one guest in the accommodation must also meet this age requirement. The maximum occupancy of eight guests includes children under two.
