There is also a ground-floor shower room with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting room with an open fire and a kitchen/diner. Outside, you will find off-road parking and a garden with a lawn area and a patio area with furniture. Polwarth Crofts Farmhouse is a delightful cottage on the Scottish Borders.

Please note: the property is is listed building and the cottage has low doorways, some uneven walls, areas of flooring slopes slightly and the stairwell is not a standard size (not steep or narrow) care must taken on parts when walking of it.

Within the surrounding area you will find many castles and historic houses including Manderston House.

Located in Duns, this cottage is in a rural area. Manderston House and Mellerstain House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Duns Castle Nature Reserve and St Abbs Head National Nature Reserve. Traveling with kids?
