Rooks Retreat accommodates up to six guests in its four well-appointed bedrooms, making it perfect for families or groups. Additionally, there is a games room that doubles as a third bedroom, equipped with a single bed, a TV, an Xbox, and a selection of board games. The downstairs includes a fourth bedroom with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a large walk-in shower in a separate bathroom, catering to the needs of all guests.

The open-plan living area of Rooks Retreat is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a cozy sitting area with sofas, a Freeview TV, and a DVD player accompanied by a collection of films. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including an electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher, alongside a dining area that comfortably seats six. French doors lead from the dining space to the back garden, enhancing the indoor-outdoor flow and allowing for enjoyable meals al fresco.

Outside, Rooks Retreat boasts a gravel driveway and parking space for up to three cars, bordered by fencing for added security.
