The caravan features a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, complemented by a separate dining area, providing ample space for relaxation and family meals.
The master bedroom is generously sized, equipped with plenty of storage options, an en-suite toilet, and enough room to accommodate a travel cot, making it family-friendly. The second bedroom is a twin room featuring fitted wardrobes, while a family bathroom with a shower adds convenience for guests. The living area includes a sofa bed, further enhancing the sleeping arrangements. The caravan's light and airy lounge, along with its fully equipped kitchen, ensures a comfortable stay for all visitors.
Guests will appreciate the caravan's central yet secluded location, with parking available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. A short walk of just 2-3 minutes leads to the play area, while the beach is only 4-5 minutes away. Entertainment options are also within a 1-2 minute walk, allowing easy access to local attractions. However, it is important to note that all facilities, including restaurants and shops, will be closed from November 14, 2022, until February 10, 2023, due to scheduled maintenance, which may result in some disruption to utilities during this period.
While pets are not permitted, all bookings come with linen and towels provided on the beds, along with a cleaning pack for added convenience. It is essential for guests to purchase entertainment passes either in advance or upon arrival, as these are required for access to restaurants, bars, outdoor areas, and swimming pools after 5 PM. The surrounding area offers various activities, including fishing, cycling, and visits to local attractions such as Rye Golf Club and the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway, ensuring that guests have plenty of options for an enjoyable stay.
