Hayguard Barn, located in the picturesque region of Pembrokeshire, Wales, is a desirable traditional stone-built barn that has been thoughtfully converted from a calves-cott and barley store loft in the late 1990s. Constructed from distinctive old red sandstone, this unique accommodation can comfortably sleep six guests, with the option to accommodate two additional guests for an extra fee. Nestled in a tranquil setting with views of a nearby pond, the barn is surrounded by rich wildlife, creating a serene environment for visitors. The spacious design features an upside-down layout, with bedrooms and bathrooms situated on the ground floor, while the upper level boasts an open-plan living area filled with natural light.

The interior of Hayguard Barn is decorated with handmade ceramic tiles and artistic pieces inspired by the coastal surroundings, showcasing the craftsmanship of the local area. Notable features include coiled and slab-built sinks and bespoke light fittings, all crafted on-site. The barn is equipped with super-fast WiFi, comparable to urban speeds found in cities like London and Cardiff, ensuring guests can stay connected during their stay. The property is conveniently located off the A4076 main road, making it easily accessible from Haverfordwest and Pembroke Dock, where visitors can enjoy stunning views of the Cleddau estuary and catch glimpses of the Irish Ferry traveling to and from Rosslare, Ireland.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed at the farmhouse and can stroll through the farmyard garden, where they may encounter friendly dogs and various farm animals, including hens and ducks. The nearby Pond Studio, once a working farm workshop, has been transformed into a multi-functional space featuring a music and games studio. This area boasts an electric organ, piano, and a versatile games table that can be converted for pool, air hockey, or table tennis, making it a perfect retreat for family entertainment on rainy days. Additionally, the studio is equipped with a TV connected to Sky Freesat, a Blu-ray player, and a collection of games and DVDs suitable for all ages.

Outside, guests can unwind in a six-seater hot tub, introduced in 2021, which is heated entirely by firewood. While the hot tub is ready for use upon arrival, guests are encouraged to light it themselves for the full experience. There is a nominal charge for the wood, which is not included in the nightly rate, catering to varying guest preferences. Located in the rural area of Milford Haven, the barn is close to local attractions such as Pembroke Castle, Lamphey Bishop's Palace, and the Milford Haven Heritage & Maritime Museum. Families can also explore nearby attractions like Hilton Court Gardens and Manor House Zoo, while adventure seekers can partake in water sports, mountain biking, and ecotours in the stunning Pembrokeshire landscape.
