This historic three-storey Grade II listed farmhouse dates back to the 17th century and has been carefully restored from a state of dereliction, earning recognition from the Conwy Civic Society in 2009 for its restoration efforts. Lletty boasts an array of period features that reflect its rich history, including two vaulted rooms, a unique two-storey room that utilized the warmth from animals to heat the home, as well as exposed beams and both wooden and slate flooring. Additionally, the cottage includes a traditional bread oven, enhancing its rustic charm. For those needing extra space, a separate annexe is available, accommodating an additional two guests.

Lletty is designed to comfortably sleep six guests, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups. For larger gatherings, it can be booked in conjunction with the annexe, providing enough space for up to eight guests. The Bodnant Estate offers a variety of other properties to suit different group sizes, including Ty Newydd and Ty Cerrig, which can accommodate eight and seven guests respectively, as well as several other cottages that range in capacity from two to four guests. This diverse range of accommodations ensures that visitors can find the perfect setting for their holiday needs.
