The third bedroom hosts 3ft twin beds, and is served by a spacious family bathroom featuring a bath with shower over. The living environment is functional, light, airy and of open-plan design. The well-equipped modern kitchen features an electric oven and induction hob, set with plenty of worktop space. A great stage for any enthusiastic chefs to rustle up a delicious spread. Invite your guests to pull up to the kitchen island to keep the conversation flowing as you cook. After a day well spent in the great outdoors, the large inviting L-shaped sofa with sumptuous soft furnishings beckons you to nestle together and watch a film on the Smart television. The sitting area brings the outside in through large bi-fold doors that open out to the fully enclosed courtyard garden. Ideal for children and dogs to play safely. The courtyard offers seating for six people around a stylish wooden table, the perfect spot to sit and enjoy some of North Norfolk's local produce.
