Keildon is a newly added vacation property located in Seahouses, Northumberland, accommodating up to six guests across three well-appointed bedrooms. This stunning residence, which underwent a high-standard refurbishment in September 2022, is nestled within the charming harbourside development of The Viking. With magnificent views of the Farne Islands, Bamburgh Castle, and Holy Island visible from every window, Keildon serves as an ideal retreat for both adventurers eager to explore the Northumberland coast and those simply wishing to enjoy the picturesque scenery.

The accommodation is thoughtfully designed over three floors, beginning with a welcoming entrance hall that includes a seating area and space for boots. The ground floor features Bedroom 2, which offers a king-size zip-link bed that can be converted to twins upon request, along with French doors leading to an enclosed outdoor area and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, also on this level, includes a comfortable double bed and ample hanging space. Moving to the first floor, guests will find an open-plan lounge and dining area furnished with a large corner sofa, a Smart TV, and a dining table that seats six, complemented by French doors that open onto a balcony with outdoor seating.

The second floor hosts the master suite, featuring a king-size bed, a mirrored wardrobe, and French doors that lead to another balcony with stunning sea views. This bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower facilities. Additional amenities at Keildon include shared parking, a garage for storing outdoor equipment like bikes and surfboards, and access to a communal garden with views of the nearby islands. Although dogs are generally not permitted, guests should note that the owner occasionally brings their dog to the property, so those with allergies are advised to inquire beforehand.

Seahouses itself is a picturesque fishing village that boasts an attractive harbor and is located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The town offers a variety of shops, inns, and dining options, along with easy access to miles of sandy beaches and opportunities for boat trips to the famous Farne Islands, renowned for their bird sanctuary and seal colony. Visitors can also explore nearby majestic castles such as Bamburgh and Alnwick, engage in local activities like golf and fishing, and immerse themselves in the rich cultural heritage of Northumberland, which is characterized by its stunning landscapes and historic sites.
