A small step leads to a hallway that connects to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washer/dryer combo, an American-style fridge, and a microwave. The kitchen opens to the secure back garden, ideal for outdoor activities.

The cottage includes a mid-level bathroom, accessible via a folding wood/glass partition, which is equipped with a full bath, shower, and a charming vanity unit. Guests will find an airing cupboard stocked with spare linens, towels, a high chair, and other essentials. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with wooden bunk beds and an additional single bed, and the third bedroom contains a single bed. The property comfortably accommodates four adults, with the bunk beds suitable for children. A small study area upstairs provides a cozy reading nook for quiet moments.

With central heating controlled by an easy-to-use Nest thermostat, the cottage ensures a comfortable stay year-round. Directions to the property are straightforward, guiding guests from the A40 toward the ferry terminal, past the Rose & Crown pub, and up to the hilltop where the cottage awaits. Guests have access to the entire property, except for the garage.
