The property boasts ample off-road parking and a fully enclosed garden, making it a safe haven for children. Its prime location provides easy access to the stunning coast path, three local pubs, shopping options, and delightful fish and chip restaurants, as well as convenient transport links via bus, rail, and ferry to Ireland, making it an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Pembrokeshire region throughout the year.

Upon entering the cottage, guests are greeted by two inviting reception rooms. To the right, the sitting room features a 32" TV/DVD combo, an assortment of DVDs, and comfortable leather sofas and chairs, perfect for relaxation. On the left, the dining room accommodates six at the table and showcases an original fireplace, complemented by a cozy nook housing a home organ. A small step leads to a hallway that connects to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washer/dryer combo, an American-style fridge, and a microwave. The kitchen opens to the secure back garden, ideal for outdoor activities.

The cottage includes a mid-level bathroom, accessible via a folding wood/glass partition, which is equipped with a full bath, shower, and a charming vanity unit. Guests will find an airing cupboard stocked with spare linens, towels, a high chair, and other essentials. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with wooden bunk beds and an additional single bed, and the third bedroom contains a single bed. The property comfortably accommodates four adults, with the bunk beds suitable for children. A small study area upstairs provides a cozy reading nook for quiet moments.

With central heating controlled by an easy-to-use Nest thermostat, the cottage ensures a comfortable stay year-round. Directions to the property are straightforward, guiding guests from the A40 toward the ferry terminal, past the Rose & Crown pub, and up to the hilltop where the cottage awaits. Guests have access to the entire property, except for the garage. The surrounding rural area offers cultural highlights such as the Last Invasion Gallery and Scolton Manor Country Park, along with attractions like Preseli Venture and Dyffryn Fernant Gardens. Families can also enjoy nearby activities like visiting Melin Tregwynt Woolen Mill and engaging in game walks and birdwatching to explore the local wildlife.
