The charming accommodation itself sleeps up to six guests and features convenient amenities, including a nearby pub just half a mile away for hearty meals. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a hallway leading to a games room equipped with underfloor heating, a washer/dryer, and an en suite shower room. The games room offers entertainment options such as table football and a small pool table, ensuring fun-filled evenings. Additionally, there is a dedicated space for storing bikes and boots, accommodating pets as well.

The kitchen/diner is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and double electric oven with gas hobs, making meal preparation easy. Guests can enjoy dining together at a table with lovely views, and the south-facing conservatory provides a delightful space to relax with a drink while admiring glimpses of Harter Fell. On the first floor, three inviting bedrooms await: a king-size room, a snug double bedroom, and a children's bunk bedroom designed for fun and creativity. The family bathroom offers both a bath and a separate shower for convenience. For larger groups, the games room can be converted into an additional king-size bedroom upon request. Outside, the multi-level enclosed garden provides various spots for relaxation, including a raised deck for alfresco dining and a shaded bottom garden.
