To ensure the protection of the property during bookings, guests are required to pay a £250.00 damage deposit or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00, covering up to £500.00 of accidental damage. Guests will have full access to the property, with secure key retrieval details provided prior to arrival. On-site parking is available for vehicles up to the size of a van, although space may be limited, and additional restricted on-street parking can be found nearby.
