Situated near the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Hadley Cottage offers a perfect blend of comfort and access to nature, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the tranquil rural landscape.
The cottage features a cozy ground floor with a spacious sitting room that boasts a large inglenook fireplace equipped with a wood burner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, and a Smeg fridge freezer, along with a dining area that comfortably seats six. The kitchen leads out to an enclosed garden, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation, complete with a dining table, chairs, a charcoal BBQ, and a fire pit for evening gatherings.
On the first floor, guests will find two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with twin beds, accommodating four guests comfortably. This level also includes a bathroom featuring a bath with an overhead shower and a separate W.C. A landing area with a desk provides a quiet space for work or planning adventures. The second floor houses the third bedroom, which features a double bed and a dressing table, making it a cozy retreat for the remaining guests.
Hadley Cottage is equipped with essential services such as Wi-Fi and central heating, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year. Towels and linen are provided, along with starter logs for the wood burner to enhance the cottage experience. Pets are welcome, with an additional charge of £30 per pet per week, allowing guests to enjoy their holiday with their furry friends. The surrounding area offers various attractions, including the High Weald and Hothfield Heathlands Nature Reserve, The Reindeer Centre, Great Chart Golf and Leisure, and other local highlights, making Hadley Cottage an excellent base for exploring the beauty of Kent.
