With the bustling harbor, shops, restaurants, and sandy beach just steps away, guests will find plenty to explore. Since November 2020, guests have had the option to rent a beach hut for an additional cost, allowing for a relaxing picnic day on the award-winning beach. Upon entering the villa, visitors are greeted by a welcoming atmosphere. The layout includes a small entrance hall leading to a galley kitchen, a light-filled dining room with French doors opening onto the terrace, and a spacious sitting room with a feature fireplace. The upstairs area consists of two double bedrooms—one with an en-suite—and a single bedroom, all equipped with ample storage. A family bathroom completes the upper level, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
Beyond the immediate attractions of Wells-next-the-Sea, the villa's location allows for easy access to nearby highlights such as Holkham, a short walk or drive away, and the charming village of Burnham Market. Guests are encouraged to explore the National Trust properties at Blickling and Felbrigg, as well as the scenic coast path and RSPB nature reserves at Cley-next-the-Sea and Titchwell.
