One of the highlights of a visit to Keswick is the annual Mountain Festival, typically held in May or June. This vibrant three-day event features world-class sports, a variety of outdoor activities, engaging talks, film screenings, and live music performances, all set against the stunning backdrop of the lake. Additionally, visitors can enjoy a day at Mirehouse and its beautiful gardens, located less than four miles away, where they can take a leisurely stroll to the lakeshore and visit a quaint chapel.
