This delightful accommodation is designed to comfortably sleep six guests across three well-appointed bedrooms. The caravan is ideally situated close to the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering a variety of outdoor activities and stunning landscapes for guests to explore. We have thoughtfully curated the amenities to ensure a homely experience, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a swimming pool and an open fire for cozy evenings.

The self-catering caravan features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with essential appliances such as a fridge, hob, oven, kettle, freezer, and microwave, allowing guests to prepare their meals with ease. For entertainment, the living area includes a television and internet access, which operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. The sleeping arrangements consist of a double bed in the first bedroom, two single beds in the second, and additional sleeping options in the third bedroom, ensuring ample space for families or groups. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and a walk-in shower, although guests are required to bring their own linens and towels.

We have established a few house rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. Check-in is available from 4 PM, with check-out required by 10 AM. Smoking is prohibited within the caravan, and on-site parking facilities are provided for convenience. Pets are welcome for an additional charge of £100 per stay, allowing guests to bring their furry companions along for the holiday. Guests can check in at any time, and same-day bookings can be accommodated upon request. It’s important to note that sheets, towels, and duvet covers are not provided, but plenty of duvets and towels are available in the caravan.
